Gildan 64000 Softstyle: our first planned T-shirt
We are preparing our first apparel releases on the adult unisex Gildan 64000. Use the garment model and size chart shown on the individual product listing before ordering. A size in this reference guide does not guarantee that every design or color is available in that size.
Measure a shirt you already love
- Lay a well-fitting T-shirt flat without stretching it.
- Measure straight across the chest just below the sleeves. This is the shirt's flat width, not your body circumference.
- Measure from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem for length.
- Compare both measurements with the chart. For a looser fit, compare against a looser shirt you already own.
Reference measurements in inches
These are approximate garment dimensions, not body measurements. Printify lists a manufacturing tolerance of up to 1.5 inches. Check the exact product's chart because provider options can differ.

Fabric and feel
The 64000 is a lightweight crew-neck tee. Solid colors use ring-spun cotton; heathers and some other colors contain polyester. Read the selected color's composition on the product listing.
Care for your printed shirt
Wash cold with similar colors. Do not bleach or dry clean. Tumble dry on low heat. If ironing is needed, use low heat and avoid direct contact with the printed artwork. Follow the garment label when it gives more specific guidance.
