Finding your breed
How do I find my dog's breed?
Open Shop by Breed. Search by name, browse A–Z, or use a breed-type filter. The directory is built to grow with our artwork.
Does every listed breed have a shirt ready to buy?
No. Our 400-breed directory includes breeds we plan to develop. Only a published product with its own price, variants and purchasing controls is available to order. A breed spotlight or artwork preview is not a product listing.
Can I request a breed or a design idea?
Yes. Visit Request Your Breed or use our contact form. Tell us the breed and the moment, personality or emotion you want the artwork to capture. A request helps guide development but does not guarantee a release date.
Shirts, sizing and artwork
What shirt are you planning to use?
Our first planned garment is the adult unisex Gildan 64000 Softstyle T-Shirt. Each finished listing will identify the actual garment, fabric composition, sizes and colors offered.
How do I choose a size?
Measure a favorite shirt flat, then compare its width and length with the chart on the product listing. Start with our Size & Fit Guide. Size availability can differ by design and color.
How should I wash my shirt?
Follow the garment's care label and listing. Our fit and care guide includes guidance for the planned Gildan 64000.
Can I personalize a design?
The on-site personalization preview is a demonstration. It does not create a finished print file or place an order. Personalization is orderable only when the specific product listing explicitly offers it and records your chosen details at checkout.
Ordering and delivery
When can I place an order?
Orders open when finished products appear with pricing and available variants. Until then, you can browse breed inspiration, explore stories and sign up for updates.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
These will be shown with released products and at checkout once fulfillment is configured. Delivery involves production and carrier transit. Do not rely on a preview image or a general launch announcement as a delivery promise.
Can I cancel, return or exchange an item?
Review the store's posted purchase policies before ordering. If you need help with an order, contact us with its order number. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the appropriate instructions.
Community and updates
Will my story appear immediately?
Heart Pack stories and comments are reviewed before publication. Please read the community guidelines and leave private addresses, phone numbers and children's identifying information out of submissions.
Are the breed and gift tools a live AI assistant?
The current discovery tools use guided search and preset suggestions. They are not a live generative AI customer-service agent. For a specific question, use the contact form.
How can I hear about new releases?
Use the website's email signup to receive collection news. A breed request is separate from choosing to receive marketing emails.
