01 / THE ART
The details that say,
“That’s my dog.”
Researching each breed’s expression, build, coat colors and character. Developing distinctive artwork, revisiting the details and listening to the people who know these dogs best.
A little heart goes a long way
The head tilt you know by heart. The paws that follow you from room to room. That unmistakable feeling of being their person.
We’re building Heart of the Breed to put that love into art you’re proud to wear—and a community where every breed belongs. Your support helps us build it with care, one breed at a time.
Voluntary support for our independent, for-profit business. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
There’s real work behind every design
Our ambition is to celebrate 400+ dog breeds with the attention each deserves. Your support helps give that work room to grow.

Researching each breed’s expression, build, coat colors and character. Developing distinctive artwork, revisiting the details and listening to the people who know these dogs best.
02 / THE SHIRT
Ordering and reviewing physical samples for fabric, fit, print detail and wash performance. A beautiful screen preview is only the beginning; the shirt has to earn its place in your wardrobe.
03 / THE POSSIBILITIES
Building toward more breed designs and thoughtful personalization, while developing the journal, website and community that bring us together. Customization is part of the work ahead.
The Newfoundland, in the moments that matter
The joyful splash. The quiet lean. The invitation to play. The peace of being close. We’re developing artwork around the little moments that make you smile and say, “That’s my kind of dog.”

That wonderful, whole-body joy.

A little closer. Always.

Big paws. Bigger plans.

The trust of feeling at home.

The first Newfoundland apparel concept is being developed. Physical sample review is still ahead; the full breed collection and personalization options are our longer-term goal.
To the people helping us build this
We know a dog is never “just a dog.” They’re the hello at the door, the steady presence on a hard day, and the little personality that changes a whole home.
That’s the feeling we want this brand to carry. When you support Heart of the Breed, you help make space for the research, revisions, samples and everyday effort behind it.
Whether you contribute, share a story or simply tell another dog person about us, we appreciate you. You don’t have to give to belong here. You already do.
With heart, Heart of the Breed
